The Polish Team, consisting of sales consultants, customer service and marketing is responsible for the further success of eTrusted in Poland. Responsibilities:

  • You lead, motivate and develop your team and thus contribute to the success of the company
  • You improve the performance and efficiency of the team by active coaching
  • You act as a role model in the daily business and take an active part within our outbound unit
  • You monitor the sales processes, identify need for improvement and implement measures
  • You are responsible for setting and achieving the targets of your team
  • You work closely with other departments to find individual solutions for our dealers
  • Marketing knowledge in terms of LeadGen would be favourable

Requirements:

  • You have gained 3-5 years relevant professional experience in B2B telesales with a proven sales track record
  • You have at least 2 years successful management experience
  • You are an expert in coaching and monitoring telesales staff regarding performance
  • Knowledge in the Polish eCommerce/Digital or SaaS market would be favourable
  • You bring reliable reporting capabilities; Knowledge with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in building up telesales structures is desirable
  • International work experiences are a plus
  • Polish at a native speaker level
  • English Language on C1 level, German is a plus
